Badri Narayan

Born in 1929. A self taught artist, he has held several solo exhibitions of his work and participated in a number of group shows, including international biennales and triennales. He is an accomplished writer and a keen student of Indian philosophy. Recipient of the National Award of the Lalit Kala Akademi in 1965, and the Padma Shri from the Government of India in 1987.
